Yes, you can choose to cancel all unprocessed products, only if done within 24 hours of placing an order. A 100% refund of your money will be initiated and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.
Please note that Ready to Ship orders are not eligible for cancellations as they are dispatched within 24 hours of the of the order placement.
We believe in quick and smooth delivery at your doorstep and to ensure the same the process of procurement, picking, stitching, packing, in short the preceding steps start the very next minute of your order placement and hence the deadline.
